It’s actually simple. There are only six strategies. Here they are: 1. Pick one type of customer. Pick the right one. Work together with competitors when it helps you grow faster. Create affiliate deals so you can offer a more complete solution to your customers. 6. Choose one area where you can beat your competitors easily. Then spend all your marketing money talking about this one advantage. (For Oracle, this was pricing — they could afford to be the cheapest.)
