So @Isaiah Padilla just built a speed to lead workflow in n8n, and since I had to install one myself into a home service business I figured I'd record a quick Loom showing my process.
In the screenshot, this part handles inbound call rerouting. If the lead misses the original call and dials the Twilio number back, the business owner gets the call and can talk to them directly. Kind of like speed to lead in reverse lol.
The flow below it is what I was using to test tracking the data on each step of the speed to lead process: owner pickup rate, owner press 1 rate, and lead pickup rate. At some point I'd love to record every call across all the clients and do cool stuff with the transcripts (so much you can do there).
