I replaced Voice Memos with my own AI voice note app
Hey guys, I’ve been using Apple’s Voice Memos app to capture ideas on the go, for quick thoughts, content ideas, software ideas, random “I should build this” moments. The problem: Apple's Voice Memos app is just a recorder. My notes stayed trapped as audio files. No organization, no summaries, no action items, no way to actually use what I captured. So I built Echo. What Echo is: A personal voice memo system with an AI layer on top. You record a voice note right in the app, and it: - Transcribes it - Summarizes the key points - Pulls out action items - Tags and categorizes it (content ideas, notes, reminders, etc.) - Stores everything in one searchable inbox Since everything gets logged into my Supabase, i have full control of what I can do with my data. And, I can use both the webapp and IOS app versions whenever I need to! Disclaimer: Echo is not on the app store (yet haha) i'm using the dev build from XCode. If you’re someone who thinks out loud and wishes your voice notes were smarter, this is exactly the problem I was solving.

@Dustin Kostialik that’s cool!! If you’d like, make a post about it when you’re done I’d love to see it
AI Second Brain: Obsidian + Claude Code
Hey guys, If you’re here for the AI second brain setup, go to the classroom section and follow the steps to get setup. It’s as easy as installing obsidian and Claude Code, and copying and pasting the prompt I provided. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to post them in the group. Enjoy!

How to get b2b clients
Hey guys, If you're looking to get clients for your AI agency but don't know where to start, read this post. One of the effective client acquisition strategies that I've used is personalized video DM outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn. The point is to get the lead to agree to getting sent a personalized Loom video that you will record for them, showing the value and the ROI that you can bring them. From there, you record the personalized loom with the call to action being to book a call. Later on, I can show you how to set up Loom so that you can add a booking link to your calendar right inside of the Loom video. Here's an example of a personalized dm outreach that I did (I still need to record the loom lol). Hope this helps

Outreach
Im looking to do outreach here soon to businesses... im debating about testing manually first or just making an automation to do it for me.

@Isaiah Padilla I'd go loom breakdown --> call to action to book a call at the end
Speed to Lead Demo
Hey guys, So @Isaiah Padilla just built a speed to lead workflow in n8n, and since I had to install one myself into a home service business I figured I'd record a quick Loom showing my process. In the screenshot, this part handles inbound call rerouting. If the lead misses the original call and dials the Twilio number back, the business owner gets the call and can talk to them directly. Kind of like speed to lead in reverse lol. The flow below it is what I was using to test tracking the data on each step of the speed to lead process: owner pickup rate, owner press 1 rate, and lead pickup rate. At some point I'd love to record every call across all the clients and do cool stuff with the transcripts (so much you can do there). Anyway, hope this helps! Keep building :)

@Isaiah Padilla @Isaiah Padilla yeah the dashboard is a game changer!! Since this was my first client I significantly undercharged. They pay me a $100 one time fee for each new client they bring on, and they usually sign around 2-3 per month. If I were doing this for another marketing agency I'd charge a lot more lol

@Isaiah Padilla yes for sure, the experience was super valuable. It helped me land my two other freelancing clients that I’m working with now and my full time job
