Outreach
Im looking to do outreach here soon to businesses... im debating about testing manually first or just making an automation to do it for me.

Speed to Lead Demo
Hey guys, So @Isaiah Padilla just built a speed to lead workflow in n8n, and since I had to install one myself into a home service business I figured I'd record a quick Loom showing my process. In the screenshot, this part handles inbound call rerouting. If the lead misses the original call and dials the Twilio number back, the business owner gets the call and can talk to them directly. Kind of like speed to lead in reverse lol. The flow below it is what I was using to test tracking the data on each step of the speed to lead process: owner pickup rate, owner press 1 rate, and lead pickup rate. At some point I'd love to record every call across all the clients and do cool stuff with the transcripts (so much you can do there). Anyway, hope this helps! Keep building :)

Wow that is so awesome, didnt even think of that spam detection component. Im sure there is alot you can do with this. also the dashboard you built is major that just blew my mind man. How much are you charging the web agency for each build, and is each client paying for their own Twilio usage via there own account?

@Doug Grosch makes sense , you got a strong portfolio with it tho!
Ebay workflow using n8n
Spent the last few days building a workflow for a print and embroidery shop, they would manually make each mockup with a program and manually upload the product to ebay to sell hats 1st workflow is a Mockup generator, they fill out a form and it spits a mockup into a drive folder 2nd workflow takes the mockup from the drive folder, makes the title, description etc and auto-posts on eBay. Had to work through so many errors and back and forths with each node, but i feel like i learned alot just from building this workflow will be making a linkedin post about it tommorow

@Doug Grosch Yes ive learned so much just being hands on and i dont just blindly follow claude when it says to change something.. i ask it to explain it to me briefly so i can understadn and learn why somethings works and doesnt etc
Free Client Build in the works
I have a local print and embroidery shop i am going to setup a workflow to respond to leads faster and also ask basic questions via sms from website form fills. He also says he runs ads sometimes so i can probably automate those inbound leads too. Side note.. Here is an issue i was thinking about when talking to the business owner. I wanted also send leads that text or call him from google business profile into a workflow but he uses his cell phone as the business number and he mentioned its hard to switch on google business becuase they suspend easily with changes. so thats something ill be working through is getting creative with the phone calls that come in!
