Welcome - please read!
This group is for people building a marketing agency who don’t have any clients, or are struggling to get them... as well as anyone who has agency questions. It is also for a small group of marketers who do lead-gen for me, so you'll see some of that here too. (my actual comms with them)
Here’s the idea it’s built on: rank-and-rent is the fastest way to get your first client... no matter WHAT type of agency client you're looking for. (SEO, web design, reputation, AI voice, etc) I know, that's different than anything you may have heard elsewhere... it's ok... I'm a bit different myself, lol. 🥸
Rank and rent: You build a site, it ranks, calls/clients come in... and you contact a local business with proof instead of a pitch. It takes the pressure off you when you reach out, and puts the fear of loss on the contractor/your client, instead of on you.
What this group is:
A place to ask questions and get real help. I read everything that gets posted.
Where I share what I’ve done in my own business since 2012... what’s working, what isn’t.
Live Q&A calls and a workshop every month. Both get announced here.
What it isn’t:
A passive income group. The sites don’t rent themselves. You have to talk to biz owners.
A done-for-you business. I’ll take the hard parts off you, but I won’t run it for you.
For anyone already doing $10k a month. You’ve outgrown this.
How it works:
Joining the group is free. Post anything. I answer all I can. Go through the base courses and videos and get started... if you want more... read on:
-$67/mo opens access to the GHL platform... your own GoHighLevel account & 2 sub-accts... where these sites get built. GHL costs more on its own than our premium membership. (does not include white label)
$197/mo ($100 OFF temporary charter cost) Is the "Agency Ignition" system. You get unlimited GHL sub-accts for R/R sites, & I build two R/R sites a month for you for 6 months. Doors open once a month.
