Why this matters: Most business owners price by the hour and stop there. The Go-Giver flips it: your worth isn't what you charge, it's how much MORE you give than you take. When you lead with value, the money stops being something you chase and becomes something that follows you. Today's prompt: "Here's what I sell and who I serve: [your business]. Brainstorm 10 small, genuinely useful things I could give away this week that cost me almost nothing but would make my customers' day. Pick the 3 you think would matter most, and help me create the first one right now."

(5 Advisors with different thinking styles) 1. The Contrarian (finds what will fail) 2. The First Principals Thinker (reframes the real problem) 3. The Expansionist (finds hidden upside) 4. The Outsider (sees what you can’t) 5. The Executor (gives you Monday morning action) How it works? Frame the question neutrally, all 5 advisors respond individually. A chairman will synthesize the final verdict I love creating my board of directors/advisors with real people, but this one has brought in some general non biased insights. Give it a try!

I've been asking for pitches from other consultants as I'm trying to bring people in for projects. I haven't seen one good offer or pitch. If you can't talk about what you do and what you offer, how do you expect people to pay you for it? I asked my advisory board what makes a great landing page and offer and here is what they said: Your page elements checklist, straight from the board: 1. Face-to-camera video (GaryVee) above the fold 2. Hook headline + "almost nobody's using it properly" subhead (you already have this) 3. 2-sentence transformation statement (Amy) — what they walk away ABLE to do 4. "This is for you if..." section with 3-5 identity callouts (Brené) 5. Value stack with assigned dollar amounts (Hormozi) 6. Price + clear CTA button 7. 2-3 social proof testimonials 8. opt-in form as the registration mechanism (Amy) 9. Date/time/format clearly stated 10. FAQ: Is there a replay?
