My co-founder Ben and I have created this community for a couple reasons. 1. We believe there is still so much to be created still in the space . 2. There is not enough education around creating AI systems that must operate past a client or YouTube demo. 3. We love what we do and are excited building with AI everyday, we wanted to create a course around our processes and knowledge that we have created so far. The AI Marketing Guide Book: 10x Paid Advertising Strat w/ AI
Hey everyone, I have been in the lab like usual, working on some pretty cool things. I want to update everyone to let you know what I am working on for Opulence AI and for you guys! This past month my focus has been all about creating a reliable marketing channel to get consistent inbound customers. We created 3 easy to digest products that we are currently marketing, 1. Change Order Shield: This is a tool that allows contractors to draft up project specific change orders ready for a client signature all from their voice and their phone. 2. The Site Reporter: Creates daily logs and weekly client updates by having an agent SMS text crew members to gather what happened on each jobsite 3. Proposal Master: This product lets contractors know when a client is looking at their proposal so they can give a call to those prospects in a timely manner. I realized that in order to make a paid marketing campaign work, you need to have products to sell. Who would have thought. So that is why I have been pushing my development team to get these products bomb proof while I have been building out the marketing funnel. I have learned a lot. First of all I have been only using AI to create engaging video ads. These ads have been generating leads, no sales yet though. I believe this is because the first ads I created had a very unstructured offer, with out clear landing pages with checkout options. I have attached a new ad that I have created to this post, believe it or not I built and AI system that fully created and edited that video. So this time around I am recreating my whole campaign with 15 new ad creatives aimed at targeting specific user pain points and translating those into highly engaging AI video ads. Creating these ads is far too time consuming, so I did what any self respecting AI agency owner would do. I automated it. From the video concept research to the script creation, the video generation and the editing AND (you won't believe this) even the posting and monitoring to Facebook.

Speak Change Orders Into Existence - Change Order Shield
My co-founder Royse one day described a common paint point in the residential construction industry. Many builders find themselves getting screwed over by their change order process. A client asks them, "Hey can you move that electrical outlet over 2 feet?" and contractors either verbally agree without getting anything in writing, OR they actively try to downs-sell customers out of it, simply because of the paperwork headache. This is a problem for two reasons 1) If the contractors only get a verbal agreement 8 times out of 10, the customer will not agree to pay for the work they did on that change order because it was never written down. Clients just assume that it was just a "small change", something minor that didn't require extra payment. 2) A huge loss in extra margin on their jobs, All because the headache of creating these change orders after a long day of work is to much to bear. So I built this solution with all of that in mind, This automation allows contractors to: - Upload and analyze contracts from projects, & store them - Speak messy notes into the app and choose which contract and project the change order is being written for - Instantly generate change orders that automatically apply the relevant tax and material rates to the cost - Once approved send the change order straight to their clients inbox for signature approval, OR let the client sign it their on the spot.
