What is one small thing that instantly makes writing harder for you?

Too much noise? Too many ideas? Not enough time? Overthinking? Trying to make the first draft perfect? Getting distracted halfway through? Losing confidence in the middle of a project?

For me, I think one of the hardest parts is having too many ideas at once. Sometimes I know exactly what I want to write, but there are so many thoughts competing for attention that it becomes hard to focus on just one thing 😂.

I think a lot of people struggle because they believe they need more motivation, when sometimes what they really need is less pressure.
