其實很多花藝師報價卡住不是技術問題
也不是作品不夠漂亮
而是一開始就把自己放在做花的人位置
我以前也不敢這樣說
因為聽起來很直接甚至有點刺耳
但後來我慢慢看懂市場的真相
客戶買的從來不是花
他買的是這個空間會不會幫他成交被記住被理解
所以當你只報一個作品的價格
你其實是在用錯的單位跟他對話
同樣一組花
放在不同的空間策略裡
價值可以完全不同
不是因為花變了
是因為影響力變了
這也是為什麼我後來開始做三種提案版本
不是為了讓自己看起來更厲害
而是讓客戶開始用選擇思考而不是比價思考
當他開始問差異的時候
價格就不再是唯一答案

💥 A perspective I was originally afraid to say out loud
The reason many florists get stuck on pricing is not a technical issue
and it is not because the work is not beautiful
It is because they start by positioning themselves as someone who simply makes flowers
I was once afraid to say this too
because it sounds direct and even a little uncomfortable
But later I began to understand the reality of the market
Clients are never buying flowers
They are buying whether this space helps them convert be remembered and be understood
So when you only price a single floral arrangement
you are actually communicating in the wrong unit of value
The same floral work
placed in different spatial strategies
can have completely different value
Not because the flowers changed
but because the impact has changed
This is also why I later started creating three different proposal versions
Not to make myself look more advanced
but to help clients shift from comparison thinking to choice thinking
Once they start asking about differences
price is no longer the only answer
