Your dead leads are your best warm pipeline (how to reactivate them with AI)
Most advisors I talk to are chasing new leads. Meanwhile, they've got hundreds of people who already showed interest sitting untouched in their CRM. That's not a pipeline problem. That's a follow-up problem. Here's what the math looks like: You already paid to acquire those leads. Time, money, ads, referrals, whatever. They raised their hand at some point. Life got in the way. They didn't disappear. They just stopped hearing from you. The easiest client to close is one who already said "I'm interested" once. AI changes this completely. You can build a system where: - Any lead untouched for 90+ days gets flagged automatically - An AI voice agent calls them with context - If they're still interested, it qualifies them and books a call directly - Notes sync to your CRM. No manual work. No cold calling. No team burning hours on dead leads. Just a quiet system that converts old pipeline into new conversations. I run my practice this way. The people in your dead pile, half of them have been waiting for you to reach back out. What's your current follow-up cadence for leads that never converted?

What would you automate first if you knew exactly how? (Saturday question)
Real talk: most people want to automate stuff but don't know where to start. So let's make it simple. If you had someone who could set up any automation for you today, what would it be? Could be: - Following up with leads automatically - Turning your voice notes into content - Booking meetings without the back and forth - Summarizing your emails every morning - Something totally different Drop it below. No wrong answers. Bonus: if you've already automated something this week, share what it was. The group learns from real examples, not theory.

How to build a daily AI briefing in 4 steps (takes 10 minutes to set up)
Most people start their day reacting. Emails, slack, whatever hits first. Here's how to flip that with a 10-minute AI briefing setup. Step 1: Open Perplexity and ask: "What happened in [your industry] in the last 24 hours?" Bookmark that search. Step 2: Open Claude and paste the Perplexity summary. Ask: "What are the 3 things I need to know from this that could affect my work today?" Step 3: Add your own context. Tell Claude what you're working on this week. Ask what you should prioritize given what's happening. Step 4: Save the output as a note. Review it before your first meeting. Total time once you've done it once: 5 minutes. You start the day informed instead of reactive. What does your current morning routine look like? Drop it below.

3 AI tools most people are sleeping on
Everyone knows ChatGPT. Here are 3 tools that are actually changing how I work and nobody talks about them. 1. Perplexity AI - It's like Google but it actually answers your question with sources. I use it for research instead of spending 30 minutes clicking through links. Game changer for client prep. 2. Gamma - Makes presentations and docs in seconds. I stopped using PowerPoint entirely. Just describe what you want and it builds it. Looks way better than anything I was making manually. 3. Granola - AI meeting notes that actually capture what matters. It listens to your calls and writes the summary for you. No more scrambling to take notes while trying to have a conversation. What tools are you using that fly under the radar? Drop them below.
