Most people spend way too long prepping for meetings. Googling the person, scrolling LinkedIn, trying to figure out what to say. Here is a faster way.
Tool: Claude + Perplexity combo
Step 1: Google the person or company in Perplexity. Ask "What does [Company] do and what challenges is the [industry] facing right now?" Takes 60 seconds.
Step 2: Paste the output into Claude with this prompt:
"I have a meeting with [Name] from [Company]. Based on this context, give me: (1) 3 smart discovery questions, (2) 2 things to NOT bring up, (3) one thing I can say that will make them feel understood."
Step 3: Add one more prompt: "What objection am I most likely to face and how do I handle it?"
Step 4: Save it in a note. Walk in.
Total time: under 10 minutes. You show up knowing things about their business they didn't expect you to know.
I have done this before advisor meetings, partnership calls, investor conversations. It works every time.
The goal is not to sound smart. The goal is to make them feel heard before you even start talking.
