Most of my chats in chatgpt this last week have started with "Is XYZ a good use case for a custom GPT?" I've now got my personal declutter coach, a custom tracking system for health and wellness that's not just about calorie counting, but about recognizing stress and emotional overload in connection with health, a sales and marketing coach to use for my day job that's helping me build a system suited to my specific strengths and a book voice & structure assistant to help me with keeping a good flow in my books after I found a formula in someone else's book I reviewed recently that I found super effective. This ultra personalization is awesome!

I really got a lot out of my first session this May 2026, and I'm enjoying the SKOOL platform a lot. It's been educational to read a few posts from previous students, and Tracey's replies, from the March 2026 sessions. It's good to know that I'll learn more stuff to fill personal knowledge holes in weeks to come.
