Prompt storage?

I woke up with 21-day prompt withdrawal! 😂 I loved loved loved the challenge. It’s really pushed me to make this a part of my daily routine and come out of my comfort zone.

What I want to know is how to we save them? I mean they are in the apps we use but what if something happens to the app??

Does anybody have a good way (a document format) to save them? They can get quite lengthy as we have seen. I appreciate any and all thoughts about this.
