In the Netherlands, traditionally, we eat "oliebollen" (oil balls), a dough with raisins that's fried.
A good oliebol, made warm in the oven, is nice to have. I only eat them on NYE, though some people eat them year-round...
Done well, they are light, airy, and fluffy dough with a satisfying crispy crust.
(it's been said they are similar to doughnuts, but I've never had one... so I can't compare)
--> Now tell me, what's a NYE tradition where you live?
Wishing you all a GOOD SLIDE into the New Year! 💫🎆
May it be filled with joy, abundance, and savvy AI tools 🙌
(PS if one of your goals is to do more with video in the new year, I've got something exciting coming up in January!! DM me for the deets)
