Im curious as my clients are asking me how many minutes will they need? Im kinda guessing right now and only suggest the basic 50mins month plan for after hours calls which works well for them. However I assume if I add it into the webform or missed call workflows it will hit 50 minutes easily. I service mostly local home and professional services. My tradie clients get the highest volume of calls so for them i expect 50 minutes will get used quickly. Im trying to avoid the upgrade jump from the basic as I have no clients will pay for that.
