📍ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES📍

🔹Marketing Strategy & Campaigns 📈

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email, content marketing, SEO, and paid ads to attract new users and convert them into subscribers. Focus on user acquisition tactics that highlight RepoBird.ai's unique features, such as cloud-powered parallel execution and GitHub automation.

🔹Content Creation & Promotion 📱

Create engaging content like blog posts, videos, infographics, case studies, and social media posts about AI coding agents, success stories, and industry trends. Promote our template marketplace and free tier to draw in developers from GitHub communities, Reddit, Hacker News, and beyond.

🔹Lead Generation & Partnerships 🤝

Identify and pursue partnerships with developer tools, AI communities, and influencers. Use data-driven approaches to generate leads, nurture them through funnels, and track conversions to Pro plans. Aim to maximize sign-ups and client retention by showcasing real-world benefits like faster code reviews and scalable workflows.

🔹Analytics & Optimization 📊

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. Analyze metrics such as user acquisition cost, conversion rates, and engagement to refine strategies and ensure we're bringing in high-quality clients who stick around.

🔹Community Building & Branding 🌐

Be the voice of RepoBird.ai online—engage with developers on platforms like Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, and forums. Build our brand as the go-to for efficient AI-driven coding, and organize webinars, AMAs, or demos to foster a loyal user base.

💼 What You’ll Need:

✅ Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI sectors. Familiarity with AI tools or coding is a plus!

✅ Skills: Strong in content creation, SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and analytics. Creative thinker with a growth mindset.

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

✅ Tools: Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM software.
