Has anybody set up rescheduling?
I was testing my agent and realized if I say the wrong date or time for my consultation or estimate, I can't reschedule.
Should I create another assistant dedicated to rescheduling if needed? Or can I have the same agent reschedule itself?
I'd like to have one agent that can book appointments and also reschedule them if needed.
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated!
