Automating Real Estate Texting with AI – Need Help

Hi everyone 👋

My name is Malachi and I’m new to automation and Zapier, but I’m building a land flipping business and I really want to automate my texting campaign as much as possible. Here’s my goal:

Tools I’m using:

Sakari (for SMS sending/receiving)
Zapier (to connect everything)
OpenAI / GPT-4 (to auto-reply to sellers with custom prompts)
EstateAI (my CRM to store seller info and notes)

What I want to build:

Automatically send an intro text when a new seller lead comes in
If they respond, use GPT-4 to reply intelligently
If the seller shows interest, flag them as a hot lead and notify me
If they don’t respond, send an automatic follow-up after 24–48 hrs

I’m completely new to setting this up, but I’m serious about making it work for my business.

I’ve seen the courses here like “Start an AI Business” and “AI Automation Guide for Beginners” — which one (or which module inside) should I start with to build this kind of system step-by-step?

Also, are there any other recommendations you’d suggest based on your experience?
