Brian Braitman Introduction
Hi everyone, I’m Brian Braitman from Windsor, Ontario.
I’ve spent 30+ years in construction as an owner, an executive, and most recently Director of Procurement at a general contractor. These days I help contractors with material and trade buyouts: bid packages, supplier quotes, and price tracking.
I’m new to the AI side of things and here to learn how contractors are actually using it. If there’s a buying or pricing question where my experience helps, I’m glad to share.
One question for the group: how are you handling material buying and trade buyouts today, and has AI helped with any of it?
