Before we build / teach any AI tool for contractors at Scelta, it has to pass all three:
☑ Is it safe? Human reviews everything before it goes out. Always.
☑ Does it replace a document heavy? If your team is buried in paper, AI fits.
☑ Does it replace a repetitive task? Same task, same way, twice a week or more? Candidate.
All three checked? Build it. One missing? Leave it alone.
This is how we decide what to build on Tuesdays. It's how we decide what to build for clients. It should be how you decide where to start.
Save this. Next time someone tells you to "just use AI" for something, run it through these three questions first. If it doesn't pass, don't waste your time.
