The 12 Month Job Pipeline Habit
Hey everyone, First, thank you for being among the first to Join the AI for Contractors Skool. This is a space that you will get access to resources every week that dial in your business in: - Habits - Operations - Sales - Marketing As a reward for being amongst the first, we're dropping an extra resource for you today ahead of our Tuesday call. 12 Month Job Pipeline Template Most contractors are living month to month, stressed when it's slow, overwhelmed when it's busy, and blind to what's actually coming. The 12-Month Job Pipeline Calendar fixes that. It gives you a visual, forward-looking view of their business so they can stop reacting and start planning. The output is a living document that shows every job (closed, in negotiation, or on the radar) mapped to the month it's expected to generate revenue. When you can see their own pipeline laid out in front of you, two things happen: - Your anxiety drops because the work is actually there. - The gaps become clear so you know exactly where to focus your sales outreach. See you on Tuesday. Instructions below to get started with the template. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Click this link to make your own copy of the template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MvVPG9vCdlC7kHlsOKIfV2dt_y4Z6zcxHnINO3pulRc/copy 2. Starting with this month, add every possible job in your pipeline, closed or not. One row per job. Fill in the description, pick a status from the dropdown, and add a rough dollar value. 3. Work forward month by month and add anything you know about quoted jobs, conversations with builders, expected work from existing relationships. Rough numbers are fine. A placeholder is better than a blank. 4. Once it's filled in, look for empty or thin months. Those are your outreach targets. Think about who is most likely to have work in that window and add them as a Warm Lead or Pending row. 5. Make it a weekly habit to fil in with new job opportunities
