WEEK 1: The Meeting System That Turns Conversations Into Company Knowledge
Thanks everyone for dialling in at 7PM on a Tuesday. Attached is the full recording & key PDF takeaway for those who couldn't make it or want to listen back. Summary and list of tools with links below. See you next Tuesday 🔥 Dial in. 🤖 AI SUMMARY: The session was a contractor-focused AI training showing how to use Google Notebook LM to build “project brains” and “company brains” by uploading drawings, specs, meeting notes, and websites so teams and clients can query project-specific information and auto-generate decks, videos, flashcards, and podcasts. David demonstrated supporting tools like Otter AI and Granola for meeting recording, Gemini for image/renders, QR Code Monkey for job site QR access, and discussed using Claude and other LLMs for finance, contracts, and operations. The group also covered sales and marketing angles: Google My Business reviews, AI-driven outreach, and Skool as the community hub for resources and ongoing weekly sessions. ⚙️ TOOLS COVERED: 🗒️ AI Chatbots & Assistants - ChatGPT — OpenAI - Claude — Anthropic - Grok — xAI - Gemini — Google 👷 AI Project & Research Tools - Google Notebook LM - Gemini Image Generation — same app, use "Create image" prompt 🎙️ Meeting Recorders - Otter AI - Granola AI - Fireflies 🔳 Job Site QR Code Generator - QR Code Monkey — free QR generator

How to Create Cash Flow Statements Using AI
Hey everyone, You can use Claude to create income statements and credit card statements in 7 minutes just by uploading PDFs of your monthly checking and credit card statements and providing it a list of your business expense categories. You can ask it for help in creating those categories too. Note though, you need a paid account when doing any financial work to ensure it stays private to you. Questions? Bring them tonight to our live call and Q&A. See you at 7PM.

How to Create Cash Flow Statements Using AI
The 12 Month Job Pipeline Habit
Hey everyone, First, thank you for being among the first to Join the AI for Contractors Skool. This is a space that you will get access to resources every week that dial in your business in: - Habits - Operations - Sales - Marketing As a reward for being amongst the first, we're dropping an extra resource for you today ahead of our Tuesday call. 12 Month Job Pipeline Template Most contractors are living month to month, stressed when it's slow, overwhelmed when it's busy, and blind to what's actually coming. The 12-Month Job Pipeline Calendar fixes that. It gives you a visual, forward-looking view of their business so they can stop reacting and start planning. The output is a living document that shows every job (closed, in negotiation, or on the radar) mapped to the month it's expected to generate revenue. When you can see their own pipeline laid out in front of you, two things happen: - Your anxiety drops because the work is actually there. - The gaps become clear so you know exactly where to focus your sales outreach. See you on Tuesday. Instructions below to get started with the template. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Click this link to make your own copy of the template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MvVPG9vCdlC7kHlsOKIfV2dt_y4Z6zcxHnINO3pulRc/copy 2. Starting with this month, add every possible job in your pipeline, closed or not. One row per job. Fill in the description, pick a status from the dropdown, and add a rough dollar value. 3. Work forward month by month and add anything you know about quoted jobs, conversations with builders, expected work from existing relationships. Rough numbers are fine. A placeholder is better than a blank. 4. Once it's filled in, look for empty or thin months. Those are your outreach targets. Think about who is most likely to have work in that window and add them as a Warm Lead or Pending row. 5. Make it a weekly habit to fil in with new job opportunities

Who's running this community? 👋
My name is David Mill. Here's the short version of why I built this. I didn't come up through business school. I came up through squash, captained Team Canada at the World University Games, won four consecutive university titles, became U23 Canadian National Champion. That taught me one thing above everything else: systems win. When I got into construction, I spent years inside contractor businesses and condo development teams as a Project Coordinator, coordinating 300+ units across four condo projects. I watched good contractors lose money, time, and clients over and over again. The problem wasn't the people. It was never the people. It was the absence of systems. In 2023 I took every dollar I'd saved cleaning windows and founded Scelta. Since then we've built field tracking software, VR tours for pre-construction, a client portal, AI documentation tools, and more, $2B+ in projects have now be running or marketed through Scelta systems. In 2026 that work got named to The Peak's Emerging Leaders List, one of the top 14 entrepreneurs in Canada under 40. But here's what matters to you: I don't study broken contractor businesses from the outside. I've worked inside them. This community exists because every contractor deserves access to the same systems the big operators use, without the big price tag. Every Tuesday at 7PM I build a live AI tool, made for the trades, free to keep. That's the deal. See you Tuesday. 💪
