Film Noir Cinematic Fun
I wanted to invite everyone to a group activity to improve our skills... The project is to create a 1940s Hollywood Movie Star and cast them in three different film 10 second scenes, horror (the classics), wholesome family movie (think Frank Capra) and murder/mystery... not a contest, just for fun, something we can all discuss, share ideas about, talk shop and get to know each other. Here is a MidJourney prompt to help you on the way: Shot on Kodak Panchromatic 1940s film stock, fine grain, deep blacks, soft halation. Photographed with Cooke Speed Panchro lenses. 1940s Hollywood lighting: sharp directional key light, sculpted chiaroscuro shadows, cigarette smoke in the air, deep focus, minimal bokeh. [INSERT GENRE + SUBJECT: detective interrogation, haunted house hallway, romantic café meeting, sci-fi lab, comedy scene] Styled in classic 1940s wardrobe, practical practical lamps, period-correct décor. Cinematography inspired by John Alton and Gregg Toland. –ar 7:3 –b&w –raw –v 7.0 Please share your work and let's have some fun!! Here is my star: the Immortal Evelyn Harrow LOL

The Thing Behind You” (Hyper-Realistic Horror)
PROMPT:A dark hallway illuminated only by a single flickering bulb. A woman slowly walks toward the camera, breathing heavily, terrified. Behind her in the darkness, a tall shadow figure with unnaturally long limbs slowly emerges, its movements glitchy and unnatural. The woman turns, but the figure is suddenly closer. Cinematic lighting, slow zoom, heavy atmosphere, photo-realistic, 4K, unsettling tension.

The Triptych Prompt
Hi @Cameron Pierron I was curious about the Triptych prompt and when to use it. Are you using it when you need a three frame shot as you explained. Is this a type of sequence shot a movie director likes to have in its bag after filming wraps and he heads over to the editing table?
Stratus vs. Onyx — Rooftop Battle”
Epic nighttime fight on a Berlin rooftop during heavy rain. Stratus, a covert agent in dark tactical gear, squares off with Onyx, a massive mercenary commander with cybernetic scars. Neon lights from the city reflect off the wet rooftop. Rain pours as they trade brutal hand-to-hand strikes. Cinematic slow-motion impact shots, gritty contrast, ultra-realistic lighting, dramatic close-up shots, 4K action thriller style.
