I had two take aways from Evelyn's session.
- Using the MECE concept which means Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive. I never heard of it until today. This is one of the reasons I love learning! You never know what you don't know that will help you to grow.
2. Having a "no one left behind" mindset. This is a biggie!! The way Evelyn explained this told me so much about what I've been doing in my business for many years. Creating programs and services in order to make sure the people who aren't moving will start moving.
Something is always at the root of a mindset challenge. Feeling the need to not leave anyone behind is rooted in something. That's the beauty of self-rediscovery.
The lovely part about showing up is that you're often in front of a mirror. The person facilitating is showing you, you.
Loved the session!
