You ever notice there's a voice that shows up right before you do something that matters?

You go to hit publish... and it pipes up. "Who's gonna read that." You go to list the product... "it's not ready." You go to start the thing you been thinking about for months... "you don't even know what you're doing."

That voice. The chatter. The old tapes.

Here's what I want you to sit with for a second. That voice ain't the truth. It's a smoke detector that can't tell toast from a fire. It goes off the same way for burnt breakfast as it does for a real emergency... loud, urgent, screaming get out. It thinks it's protecting you. But all it's really doing is going off every time you cook.

So you learn to stop cooking. You stop reaching. You stay small where it's quiet.

Real talk... everybody's got one. Me too. The difference ain't whether the voice shows up. It's whether you let it drive.

Before the AI work is the inner work. You can have every tool, every prompt, every system in the world... and still freeze at the part where you actually have to put yourself out there.
