I am wondering if there is a tipping point where personalising your products or offerings or services with personal experiences becomes too much noise? Do we risk becoming like dreaded recipe websites that you have to scroll past people's life stories to get to the actual recipe? There's so much noise on the internet, and in every industry right now and it's only getting worse.
