Why do i get the error for the shipkit template?

Hello, I now synced up the emails between my IDE and Shipkit. I authorized the github access. Why am I still failed at pulling the chat-sass template? please see the error message here. why is it that I went through all the steps and still can't pull the templates? it seems to need shipkit approval?https://app.screencast.com/j62DA1BbLCoJd
