Improving Voiceflow RAG Accuracy and Integrating Tabular Data – Any Solutions?

Hi guys!

I'm struggling with Voiceflow RAG as the responses are inconsistent—sometimes accurate, other times completely incorrect, even for the same question. Additionally, I can’t (or don’t know how to) upload tabular data, like Excel databases, which significantly limits its usefulness for structured information.

I'm considering whether it would make sense to connect Voiceflow to a GPT assistant via API, one that’s already "fed" with custom data, to improve response accuracy (if this is even possible).

Has anyone dealt with this issue or found a solution to enhance Voiceflow RAG’s accuracy and effectively integrate tabular data (for example technical product data)?
