429 Errors - Rate Limiting

My problem is that, I'm constantly hitting 429 errors, even when I use API key from Vertex AI. How do you handle this situation? Do you have any fallback strategy?

After chatting with AI, I come up with this idea that maybe I can implement a global callback after models and when it hit the 429 error the system might use another Gemini API.
