TLDR: Super-easy to build an app even if you're not a programmer-they do a great job of walking you through the process. Costs credits to build, but you get paid every time it's used.
Curious if anyone has tried the PromptBase App Creator yet? I made and submitted an app a couple days ago, it's pretty neat, but fair warning it does cost some credits to get up and running. I should know in a day or so if my app is approved or not.
If your app is approved, they refund you some of the credits used in creating it, I think that's pretty solid of them.
It's a visual builder, and modular - similar to Unreal Engine's Blueprints system if you're familiar with that. There are options to create image generators, image-to-video, background removal, and upscalers. Probably a few more things I haven't discovered yet.
Each time someone runs the app, you get paid either cash or credits, or a combination (you choose the ratio). If you sell prompts on their site, folks who purchase your prompts can include them in their apps-and you get paid a percentage each time their app is used. Huge potential there if your customers also make apps.
Looking forward to seeing how this evolves, I'll post an update when/if it's approved.
