1) My top takeaway from the report: That I can be the calm, strategic guide that people need to help them get through their CPS/child welfare cases. These types of cases are really rough when you don't have someone there helping you out as you go through it. 2) The niche option that hit me the hardest (and why): Option # 1 because it is the most direct and clear. It explains who I help and how, while being short and concise. 3) The problem I want to be known for solving: Helping moms stay calm, cool, and collected while navigating CPS and fighting for their families. 4) My current niche statement (even if it’s not perfect yet): “I help moms involved with CPS who feel overwhelmed and unsure what to do next get organized, regulate their emotions, and advocate clearly so they can move through their case with strength and a plan.” 5) What I’m doing next (Step 3 action): I posted on social media asking people about their experience with CPS. I will have at least 3 conversations with moms to see what would have helped them in the beginning.
