Auto-Generate YouTube Titles, Descriptions, and Timestamps From a Link
Posting consistently on YouTube gets way easier when you stop doing the repetitive stuff manually. In this video, I show a system that takes a single YouTube link and automatically generates: - A high quality title - A full SEO-optimized description - Clean chapter timestamps - And updates the video directly on YouTube High level flow: 1. Submit a YouTube URL through a form 2. Pull the transcript while the video is still unlisted 3. Use AI to generate timestamps first 4. Use AI again to generate the title and description 5. Update the video automatically via the YouTube API This is the exact system I use to publish my own videos faster without copy pasting prompts every time. If you want to see how it’s built step by step, the full walkthrough is in the video. https://youtu.be/F2mmral8PjU?si=VmZ_0WS7Vp7XUyd3 Subscribe for more practical AI and automation tutorials.
Auto-Generate Automation Documentation From a Loom or YouTube Video in n8n
Documentation is one of the most important parts of building automation systems. It is also one of the most tedious. In this video, I show a system that turns a walkthrough video plus a workflow screenshot into a clean, structured Google Doc. No more writing SOPs from scratch. What the system produces: - A well formatted Google Doc - Clear sections for setup, nodes, APIs, and deployment notes - Screenshot placeholders so you know exactly where visuals should go - A production checklist you can use before shipping How it works, step by step: 1. Submit a form - Video URL (YouTube or an unlisted upload) - Workflow screenshot (file upload) 2. Extract the screenshot for later use - Convert the uploaded image into a base64 string - Store it so it can be referenced further down the workflow 3. Pull the video transcript with Apify - Run the YouTube Transcript Scraper - Return the transcript data 4. Clean the transcript with a Code node - Combine all transcript segments into a single readable paragraph 5. Convert the stored screenshot back into a file - Move base64 back into a file so it can be analyzed 6. Analyze the workflow screenshot with OpenAI - Generate a structured description of what the workflow is doing 7. Generate the documentation with Claude via OpenRouter - Feed it two inputs: - Transcript text - Workflow screenshot description - Output a JSON with: - Documentation title - Full markdown documentation 8. Parse the JSON output - Split out title and documentation fields cleanly 9. Create a Google Doc from Markdown - Use a community node that supports Markdown to Google Docs formatting - Auto-create the doc in the correct Drive folder Result: You record a 10 minute walkthrough, upload one screenshot, and the system drafts the entire doc for you. If you want to build it, the blueprint and prompts are linked in the description. @Pierre Jamet-Fournier thank you sir!
Never Miss a Failed n8n Workflow Again
If you run workflows in production, errors are going to happen. The real problem is not knowing when they happen. In this video, I show a simple way to catch *every* failed execution in n8n and get notified instantly with the exact workflow and execution link. High level overview of the setup: - Use an Error Trigger workflow that fires when another workflow crashes - Attach it to any production workflow through the workflow settings - Capture details like workflow name and execution URL - Send a Slack message automatically so you can jump straight to the error This works great if you: - Manage client workflows - Run multiple production automations - Want your team notified the moment something breaks It is a small setup that saves you a lot of headaches. https://youtu.be/hL6ev_vIOjQ?si=cGl-swebTmpU5ZzS Subscribe for more n8n and AI automation tutorials.

Nano Banana Pro vs OpenAI Image 1.5
OpenAI just dropped GPT 5.2 and their new Image 1.5 model, not long after Google released Nano Banana Pro. So I wanted to do a simple side by side comparison and see where each one actually shines. In the video, I test both models using the same prompts and look at real outputs, not benchmarks. I compare them across a few practical scenarios: - Photorealistic headshots - Infographics with readable text - Image to image generation - Multiple images combined into one - Editorial and design style outputs Short version: Nano Banana Pro still feels ahead when it comes to text accuracy, infographics, and realistic humans. OpenAI Image 1.5 has improved a lot and does especially well with creative layouts and editorial style images. If you are deciding which model to use for your workflows, content, or automations, this breakdown should help. https://youtu.be/Kz2mr798mao?si=D7SeNuF0CiqTNcwZ Subscribe for more model reviews and practical AI automation builds.
