🚀 Need Help With CRM Integration for My AI Voice Agent Project!
Hey everyone, I’ve been building AI voice agents that can talk, take bookings, and help businesses automate calls. I understand how to build and connect the backend, but I’m struggling with CRM integrations like GoHighLevel or HubSpot. If anyone knows how to connect voice agents with these CRMs or has a video/resource to learn it, please share — it would really help me out.
Building Voice agents
Lately, I’ve been building an AI Voice Agent basically a receptionist that never sleeps. It made me realize something: businesses don’t lose customers because of poor service, they often lose them because no one was there to answer at the right time. An AI receptionist solves that instantly answering, booking, and engaging. Now I’m curious What’s one human quality you think an AI receptionist must have to feel truly natural?
Need help with building a math chatbot with concise external knowledge base.
I'm building a math bot that, before anwering, verifies that the answer aligns with my countries formulas and explanation as each country has its small differences. So essentially I have a collection of structured md files full of formulas exactly as they are teached in our country with explanation. The platform would run on Gemini's API, but I want to have the extrenal knowledge base it should align with. The context is only about 10 pages, but chunked into 84 md files How to build this RAG systen most effectively, or are there simpler options other than RAG?
I just tested the new Cartesia Sonic 3 voice model. It laughed. Like, actually laughed.
(Demo included) Not a forced, robotic “ha ha”. A small, subtle one, that matched the emotion in the line I fed it. And for a second, I just sat there thinking... “Holy sh*t. We’re really getting close.” Both voices I tested (Kira and Ariana) sounded surprisingly natural. Kira’s still a bit volatile. You can feel the variability when she shifts emotion. But Ariana? That one felt consistent. She adapted to tone, rhythm, and emotional subtleties in a way that almost made it feel like a real conversation. You can still tell it’s AI, if you’ve been in voice for long enough. But the emotional nuance? That’s new. That’s progress. Cartesia’s Sonic 3 isn’t perfect yet. But it’s a reminder that voice AI is crossing the uncanny valley faster than people realise. And when AI starts not just talking like us, but feeling like us... the game changes. What do you think? Are we ready for AI that sounds human and understands emotion? And for all those curious minds... Here's a quick demo for y'all https://supercut.ai/share/ximus/-QwS8to_TyNZOImY74NA82
