Monthly retainer for voice and text agents
Hey guys, this is a very simple and newbie question haha. But if you’re looking to sell voice and text agents for companies for a one time fee, and then an ongoing smaller monthly payment, how would you figure out this payment? Do you also limit the amount of calls and messages clients can make?

Hey bro, hope you’re doing well, just wondering if you could please help me out with some voice agent questions bro? 1. How can I have one calendar in GHL for a plumber (so the plumber doesn’t have to juggle multiple ones), but still being able to book different service types with different slot durations. 2. With the voice agent, how can I add details for the booking on the ghl calendar such as address of homeowner, the plumbing issue and etc as those details arnt showing? 3. How can I test the inbound voice agent to actually work? I bought a twillio number and set everything up for that but how can I test it for example … when I dial my personal number from someone else’s phone it transfers the call straight away to agent’s number?

@Manoj Saharan I am trying to add my credit card to the billing section of my subaccount. I click add payment method and put all my card details in and it says Contact Data Not Found. What do I do, as I can't test or finish my automation as it says unsufficient funds/balance. Please help ASAP
🚨 Need Help: AI Voice Receptionist + UberEats/DoorDash Integration Issue
Hey everyone! I just launched an AI voice receptionist for a restaurant using VAPI + n8n that takes phone orders and automatically pushes them to their Clover POS. The client loves it but has two concerns: Problem #1: Regulars & Older CustomersSome regulars and older generation customers prefer speaking to a real person. My Solution: Running a 1-2 week test using VAPI's call transfer feature or DTMF function (press 0 for live person). Will monitor feedback and adjust. Problem #2: UberEats/DoorDash Phone Verification (BIGGER ISSUE)When an order comes in, they must click "Accept" in the app. If they don't, Uber/DoorDash calls their line 3 times to notify them. If no one accepts after the 3rd call, the order gets auto-canceled. Current Idea: Keep two separate phone lines (one for AI, one for delivery platforms) to avoid missing critical notifications. But this feels clunky. My Question:Has anyone dealt with delivery platform phone verifications while running an AI receptionist? Looking for solutions that don't require dual lines or risk missing orders. Any insights would be hugely appreciated! 🙏
