Here is what we built live: - A skill structure that gives Claude a permanent role. It fires automatically on trigger phrases - no prompting needed. Claude already knows what to do before you say a word. - The Superpowers plugin - same coding task done twice. One with a basic prompt. One with Superpowers forcing a planning phase, test-first approach, and two-stage security review. The Superpowers version caught a security vulnerability before a single line shipped. The plain version did not. - 90% of the work with AI is in the planning phase. The AI handles the rest. Most people skip the planning and wonder why Claude keeps drifting. We just cleared initial review for the Claude Partner Network. This is Anthropic's verified partner program - trained, vetted, and recognized to build Claude-based systems at a professional level. Anthropic is investing 100M$ into this program. What this means for you as a Lab member: 1. Everything we build internally, you see first. The systems we're getting certified on are the same ones documented in the Lab tracks. 2. The Lab is the proving ground. When we take this to enterprise clients, the methodology starts here. 3.
