🚀New Video: I Built an AI Voice Receptionist with Vapi and n8n MCP (free template)
I built a full AI voice receptionist using VAPI on the front-end and n8n on the back-end, powered by an n8n MCP server that connects to seven n8n workflows. In this video, I walk through the entire system from scratch and show how the agent gathers info, manages the CRM, books and updates appointments, transfers calls, answers questions, logs every call, and keeps an appointment history. Everything is built with no code and designed to be easy to customize for your own use case. By the end, you’ll understand the full setup and have everything you need to launch your own AI receptionist. GOOGLE SHEET TEMPLATE

The Direction You've Been Missing
Most people in AI communities are building in circles. You learn n8n. Then Make. Then you build a voice agent. Then a lead scraper. Then another agent that does something you think a business might need. You're collecting tools like Pokemon cards and none of them are making you money. Here's what nobody told you: the businesses making actual money in AI aren't building 47 different tools. They're running one system that does one thing extremely well. They're booking sales calls for other businesses using cold outbound. That's it. And here's the part that should make you stop scrolling: they use the exact same system to get their own clients that they sell to clients. You get clients through cold outbound. You sell cold outbound services. The thing you do to grow is the thing you sell. No need to convince a plumber he needs an AI receptionist. No need to build a SaaS and pray someone signs up. No need to guess what businesses want. They want calls booked. You book calls. You get paid. The model is stupid simple. AI just makes it faster and cleaner than it used to be. You can research prospects faster. Write campaigns faster. Test angles faster. Scale without hiring five people. Send around 5,000 emails per week. You'll get roughly 3,500 opens. About 50 to 70 replies. Maybe 20 to 30 are actually interested. You book 8 to 12 calls. Maybe 4 to 7 show up. You close 2 to 5 clients per month. That's the math. That's the business. No agents. No plumbers. No chasing trends. If this confused you, drop your question below, tag me, msg me, whatever works.
