Two paths into AI work (which one is yours?)
Most YouTubers show you a single path into AI work: start an automation agency → take clients → sell automations. It works. I know because I built an AI automation agency and sold it. But it's not the only way in, and for a lot of you it's not even the best one. I made this video to break down the two real paths: The AI Career Opportunity Nobody is Talking About in 2026 Here's the quick version: Path A is the agency play. You go independent, take clients, build your own practice. Path B is the employment play. You become the most AI-fluent person in the room, and that's who companies want to hire or promote for AI work. If you're already employed, you become the obvious pick when an AI role opens. If you're looking to get hired, or move somewhere better, you walk in with real work instead of just claims. It's the less obvious path, but it's actually the more common one. The employment numbers (see the video) are shocking actually. Watch the full breakdown in the video. Then do one thing for me in the comments because I'm super curious: Tell me which path you are on. A, B, or both. And one line or so on why. I'll be reading these. Nate

🚀New Video: I Turned Claude Fable Into The Ultimate Second Brain
My entire life and business now live in one second brain, and Claude Fable understands it better than I do. In this video I walk through my full Claude Fable AI operating system using the four Cs framework: context, connections, capabilities, and cadence. You'll see exactly how my files and folders are set up, how I keep improving it every day, and the usage tips I rely on to get more out of it.

What do you get if you upgrade to AIS+?
Some of you have never heard of the AIS+ community. Others have but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between the two. Either way, this post will give you clarity. This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. It's a great place to get your bearings and see what's possible. But it's open to everyone, it can be noisy and overwhelming, and there's no path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions here. AIS+ is the opposite: - A step by step roadmap with a clear order, so you're never guessing what to do next - A much smaller community of people who are seriously committed to building and selling AI agents - I answer questions every day and run a weekly Q&A call where you can get direct access to me For the course material: The roadmap takes you from zero to building and selling AI agents, and the whole thing is built on the latest tech like Claude Code and Codex. We update it constantly. The old n8n material has been archived. It's still there if you want it, but it's no longer the focus, because the way you build today has moved on and the courses moved with it. Here's the actual roadmap inside, in order, with when each piece opens up: 1. Start Here (opens the moment you join). Gets you oriented. How the community works, the path ahead, and how to get help when you need it. 2. Build Your Portfolio (opens the moment you join). Why a portfolio matters, beginner level tutorials, and what types of projects to focus on. You end up with real work you can show a client. 3. Claude Code (opens the moment you join). This is now its own dedicated course. Build faster, turn ideas into working automations, and go deep on the tool serious builders are using right now. This takes you from beginner to advanced, step-by-step. 4. Get Your First Clients (opens after 30 days). Getting your first clients is hard, because you don’t have any case studies yet. So, we analyzed all of the success stories from our members and found they get their initial clients with two different techniques: warm outreach and Upwork. So, we teach both techniques in detail with exactly what to say, exactly how to position yourself when you have no proof.
Odysseus AI
Just finished setting up Odysseus AI with Ollama and wanted to share a few thoughts. If you have been looking for a free, open-source AI workspace that runs locally, Odysseus is worth checking out. Pairing it with Ollama gives you a private AI environment where you can experiment with local models and workflows without relying on cloud APIs. A few things I liked: ✅ Simple local setup ✅ Works with Ollama models ✅ Open-source and customizable ✅ Supports private AI workflows ✅ Easy to upgrade to larger models as needed The biggest tip: pre-download the embedding model before your first launch. It saves a lot of setup headaches. I have put together a step-by-step installation guide, setup process and troubleshooting notes for anyone who wants to try it. Would love to hear from others who have tested Odysseus or similar local AI stacks. 💬 Drop your thoughts or questions in the comments!

Just Started Cold Calling, Struggling Hard. What's Actually Working For You?
Hey everyone, I just pulled the trigger and started cold calling for my business and honestly... it's humbling. I knew it wasn't going to be easy, but I wasn't prepared for how quickly calls fall apart. I'm fumbling through my intro, getting hit with objections I don't know how to handle, and most of the time I can't even get past the first 10 seconds before they hang up or brush me off. On top of that, half the time I call a business the decision-maker isn't even there. I end up talking to a receptionist or someone who has no idea what I'm offering and can't do anything with it. I don't want to keep burning through my list without actually getting in front of the right person. I'm looking for real, practical help from people who've actually done this: - What does your opening line look like? Do you lead with a question, a problem, a compliment? - What's your offer and how do you position it on a cold call? - How do you handle the classic "I'm not interested" or "send me an email"? - Do you use a full script or just bullet point talking points? - How do you get past the gatekeeper and actually reach the decision-maker? - What's your strategy when the owner or manager isn't available — do you leave a message, call back, ask for their direct line? - What did you wish someone told you when you were just starting out? I'm not looking for theory, I want to know what's actually converting for you right now. If you've got a script or framework you're willing to share, even just a rough version, I'd be super grateful. Drop it below or DM me. Willing to share what I'm working with too if it helps. Let's figure this out together.
