Another Automation Done, And This Oneโ€™s a Game Changer
Just finished building this workflow, and honestly, Iโ€™m proud of how smooth it turned out. Lewis had a pretty common problem.People were trying to book time, but things kept breaking down, double bookings, missed messages, slow replies, manual checksโ€ฆ all that small stuff that quietly eats your time. So I kept it simple. This automation listens to the request, checks availability in real time, and either: - books the meeting automatically - or sends a clear response if the time isnโ€™t available Calendar updated. CRM Updated. Email sent. No back-and-forth. No stress. The goal wasnโ€™t to build something fancy.Just something reliable that works in the background and gives Lewis his time back. To be honest, this is the kind of system every busy founder or freelancer should have running quietly behind the scenes. Whatโ€™s one part of your workflow you wish would just handle itself?

Another Automation Done, And This Oneโ€™s a Game Changer
Day 6 โ€” Until my first paying client as an AI consultant
I switch my approach, as a beginner all the persons that i look up to that as been succesful in business all agree to the fact that you can have all the motivation in the world but if youโ€™re lacking good informations you will stay stucked for too long and life is short. I mean, as a beginner, one very important thing to do as well is to have a goal. One year feels too distant to really keep your focus. One month is generally too short to create real, lasting change. So six months is the sweet spot. I set myself a six-month goal: my business generates โ‚ฌ50k per month in revenue, and I have a home either in Dubai or in Miami. Another thing: find someone who can help you. Find someone who does what you want to do in terms of business, revenue, and results, and either learn by working alongside them or invest in their training to learn their method. Thatโ€™s what I decided to do. Instead of creating my own system, reinventing the wheel, and constantly trying to invent and test things, I realized that I had a real, clear, and ambitious goal. So I decided, rather than inventing my own system, to follow the system of @Deo Kotev Itโ€™s a great opportunity to learn and to build something aligned with my personal goals. Iโ€™ll be breaking down the evolution of the process daily with you guys, to hold myself accountable and share the progress in real time.
