When businesses start exploring automation, many try to automate everything. A better approach is starting with the most repetitive tasks. Here are 3 I’d automate first: 1️⃣ Lead follow-ups Instant SMS/email after a form submission so no lead waits for a response. 2️⃣ Appointment reminders Automatic reminders reduce no-shows and save time for the team. 3️⃣ Lead routing Automatically send leads to the right pipeline, salesperson, or calendar. These are small changes, but they remove a lot of manual work over time. Automation works best when it handles the boring but necessary tasks so the team can focus on clients and growth.
