MailCaff Update 11 > Protecting sender reputation
Lately I've been putting a lot of focus on refining spam trap detection in MailCaff. It's crucial for protecting sender reputation, and I'm proud to say it's now a solid three layer system. The first layer checks against known trap domains, which are infamous for catching unwary senders. The second layer looks for typo domains often used in traps. The third layer identifies suspicious patterns that might not be traps yet, but raise red flags. In practice, these layers work together to significantly reduce the risk of hitting spam traps. This means cleaner lists and better deliverability for the emails sent. Maintaining a good sender reputation is key, and with these layers, I've managed to cut down on potential risks before they cause any damage. It's all about safeguarding those precious open and response rates. The system doesn’t just label these risks but actively prevents them from affecting your campaigns. This proactive approach ensures the highest possible quality of leads. Achieving this robust setup has been a journey, but the results speak for themselves. It's a constant battle against spam traps, but I'm always looking for ways to improve. Curious if anyone has faced similar challenges and what strategies worked for you? MailCaff.com is a affordable solution to finding and verifying emails. There are still some pilot spots available with 10.000 free credits, DM me if you are interested.
