We build one AI system that runs a company's entire back office, and the client owns every line of it. The hard part, and the part I care most about, is making sure it can never leak their data. Here's what it does once it's in: It reads the whole business. Strategy, team, every past meeting, email and doc go into a private memory. The owner asks it anything and gets an answer from their real data, not a generic model guessing. Every morning it sends a brief. Yesterday's numbers, what moved, what's stuck, what to do first. It runs the sales side. Full CRM, finds and researches leads, writes the outreach, turns every call into tasks, and chases the follow-ups. Overnight the agents keep working. They handle the repetitive stuff on their own and only ping a human for anything involving money, legal, or a decision you can't undo. Now the part I'm proudest of: Every AI call passes through a firewall that catches prompt injection, leaked secrets and PII before they go anywhere. A gateway caps spend and logs every call. On the machine itself: intrusion detection, secrets encrypted at rest, a tamper-evident audit log, and full isolation per client. It even produces the EU AI Act and GDPR evidence packs you hand to a regulator or an enterprise buyer. The data never leaves the client's own infrastructure. They own the code, the keys, all of it. That's why clients in finance, legal, healthcare and recruitment can say yes to AI when they've had to say no to everything else. I'm opening a couple of partner slots. If you've got the client relationships and want to put something serious in front of them, you sell it under your brand and I build it, hidden. I already run this with one partner who closes while I deliver. And if you've got a specific client who needs this now, I'll build it for them directly.
