I know a few people in this community do cold email and I was wondering what reply rates are you guys seeing and have you built your own automations to automate cold email and how is it working out for you?

🗓️ What I scheduled: A fully automated LinkedIn content pipeline. Every day, Claude Cowork picks a topic from my rotation (n8n, RAG, agentic workflows, chatbots, and more), writes the caption, generates a 5-slide PDF carousel in my brand colors, and queues it for posting — zero input from me. ⚙️ Scheduled task or loop? Scheduled task. A fixed daily trigger made more sense than a loop here — LinkedIn content works best on a consistent cadence, not a continuous cycle. 😲 One surprise: I expected to need to review every post before it went live. I didn't. The agent followed the brand instructions so consistently — right colors, right slide structure, right tone — that I stopped checking after the third run. That's the moment it stopped feeling like a tool and started feeling like a team member. Even a simple reminder loop counts.
