From massive deal flow and equity partnerships to SaaS builds, AI agents, and real client conversions - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when skill meets positioning and consistent execution. šŸš€ Standout Wins of the Week šŸ‘‰ @Peter Hawtin signed ~$95K in under 2 weeks, including multiple $9K clients and a $50K finance deal. šŸ‘‰ @Latoya Robinson built a SaaS product, AI assistant system, and closed a $24K engagement - all from a non-technical background. šŸ‘‰ @Matthew Sutherland closed a deal as an equity partner, shifting from builder to true stakeholder. šŸ‘‰ @Jody Murfit built an Opportunity Map system and booked 2 calls organically overnight - no ads, no funnel. šŸ‘‰ @Sheena De La Cruz built 3 mobile apps in one morning using Claude Code - no coding background. šŸŽ„ Super Win Spotlight | @Dave-Amy Simpson Amy and her husband run a 20-year-old marketing agency and recently decided to pivot into AI. In just 6 weeks, they’ve: • Landed ~$20K in contracts • Retained rights to scale those solutions further • Built real confidence working with AI systems Coming from a non-technical background, Amy went from avoiding code… to understanding workflows and building systems herself. Her biggest shift? Moving from feeling overwhelmed → to having structure, support, and real execution momentum. Amy’s journey is proof that you don’t need a technical background - you just need the right environment and the willingness to build. šŸŽ„ Watch Amy’s story šŸ‘‡ ✨ Want to see wins like this every week? Hey everyone šŸ‘‹
I’ve been exploring different areas in the online business/AI space—things like Shopify stores, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and a few other related skills. Right now, I’m at a point where I’m not sure what the smartest move is: Should I focus deeply on just one niche and master it, or continue building a broader skill set across multiple areas? On one hand, I see people saying ā€œniching downā€ is the key to standing out and getting real results. On the other hand, having multiple skills seems valuable, especially in a fast-moving space like AI and online business. For those of you who’ve been in this space longer: - Did focusing on one niche help you grow faster? - Or did combining multiple skills give you an advantage? - At what point did you decide to specialize (if you did)? Would really appreciate hearing your experiences and any advice you’d give to someone at this stage. Thanks in advance šŸ™

Most Leads Don’t Need More Ads — They Need Better Nurturing
Many businesses think they have a lead problem. Often, they actually have a lead nurturing problem. Not every lead is ready to buy today. Some need more information, more trust, and more time. That’s where a simple nurturing system helps: Day 0 → Welcome message Day 2 → Helpful information or FAQ Day 5 → Case study or success story Day 10 → Offer a call or consultation Instead of chasing new leads every week, you build a system that warms up the leads you already have. Over time, nurturing usually increases conversion without increasing ad spend. Automation tools like GoHighLevel make this easy to run in the background. Question: Do you currently have a lead nurturing system, or only follow up when leads contact you again?
