I started my career in QA, which gave me a strong foundation in testing, reliability, and attention to detail. I later evolved into a Salesforce Developer role and currently work as Salesforce Production Support, where I work directly with end users attending their issues report. I troubleshoot technically challenging issues in production, report and document them, and later follow up with development teams for a solution, and in some cases develop solutions myself. This experience translates very well into automation and AI work, where stability, clarity, and good error handling are critical. || AI & n8n Experience || Over the past six months, I’ve been learning hands-on with n8n and building AI-driven workflows.
