Workflow could not be activated

Hi everyone! 👋 I’ve created a few workflows, and they’ve been working perfectly during testing. However, I’m running into an issue when trying to activate them—I keep getting this error message:

"Workflow could not be activated. External hook 'workflow.activate' failed."

The weird thing is, I don’t even have an external hook set up! 😅 Has anyone encountered this before or have any ideas on how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any advice or feedback—thanks so much in advance! 🙏
