I’ve been noticing a pattern with agencies running outbound right now.
Cold email volume is up. Instagram DM setters are being hired. LinkedIn outreach teams are expanding.
Yet a lot of agency owners are still saying the same thing:
“We’re doing the activity, but the leads aren’t consistent or high quality.”
We recently helped a small agency that was running:
  • Cold email campaigns
  • IG DM setters
  • Daily LinkedIn DMs
Outbound was busy, but:
  • Reply rates were falling
  • Calls were low intent
  • Founders were stuck managing outreach instead of closing
The goal wasn’t to “do less outreach”. The goal was to get more qualified leads without increasing volume.
Instead of adding more people or sending more messages, we changed how leads were generated in the first place.
We shifted to a LinkedIn-led, visibility-first system where prospects recognized the founder before any DM, email, or follow-up.
What changed:
  • Fewer messages sent
  • Higher reply rates
  • More qualified conversations
  • Calls felt warmer and easier to convert
Leads didn’t disappear — they improved.
Same offer. Same market. Just a different way of starting conversations.
