What is the best model for voice agent ?

I have noticed that some agents are good at speaking but not listening. For example:

agent: what is your full name

Customer: Feyisayo

Agent : eiyiseyo? I didn’t quite catch that ?

Can you please spell it out letter by letter

Customer : fe

Agent :(cuts me off) I couldn’t quite catch that.

What model do you think is great at picking words irrespective of “accent” etc. On VAPI
