What are you charging for AI consulting with mid-size companies? 💰

I'm trying to benchmark my pricing for AI consulting and it feels like everyone does it differently - fixed project fees, hourly rates, value-based pricing...
Specifically for mid-size companies (200-500 employees) where the projects get pretty complex
