We ran a free AI community for a year. Here's what nobody tells you.
I want to be honest with you today.
We have 2,484 members in this community. Most joined once and never came back.
I don't say that to shame anyone. I say it because it's the thing nobody running a free community will admit out loud.
Free doesn't mean accessible. It means unaccountable.
When something costs nothing, it's easy to join on a good day and disappear when life gets busy. No skin in the game. No reason to show up.
After 12 months, here's the truth:
  • A fraction of members show up consistently
  • Almost nobody shipped anything from what we teach
  • $0 revenue came from this community
We were building content, running sessions, and investing time - for a room that was mostly empty.
That changes today.
AI Avengers is becoming AI Avengers Lab.
Not a course. Not a mastermind. A build-together environment where serious people build real AI businesses - in public, together.
