We ran a free AI community for a year. Here's what nobody tells you.
I want to be honest with you today. We have 2,484 members in this community. Most joined once and never came back. I don't say that to shame anyone. I say it because it's the thing nobody running a free community will admit out loud. Free doesn't mean accessible. It means unaccountable. When something costs nothing, it's easy to join on a good day and disappear when life gets busy. No skin in the game. No reason to show up. After 12 months, here's the truth: - A fraction of members show up consistently - Almost nobody shipped anything from what we teach - $0 revenue came from this community We were building content, running sessions, and investing time - for a room that was mostly empty. That changes today. AI Avengers is becoming AI Avengers Lab. Not a course. Not a mastermind. A build-together environment where serious people build real AI businesses - in public, together.
Closed a deal as an equity partner!
I've been working on something behind the scenes for a while now, and this week it became official. I closed a deal on a project where I'm coming in as a silent equity partner, not just a contractor or a builder. That distinction matters to me. Going from "hired to build" to "invested in the outcome" is a completely different game. It means someone looked at what I bring to the table and said, "We don't just want your skills on this. We want you at the table." I wish I could share more about the project itself. The reality is there's an NDA in place and the intellectual property involved means I need to keep the specifics under wraps. What I can tell you is that it's a substantial project, it's been months in the making, and I believe in what we're building. Here's what I want to say to this community though. A year ago, I wouldn't have been in the room for a conversation like this. The skills I've built, the confidence to position myself as more than just a service provider, the understanding of how to scope and structure a deal like this. A lot of that came from being around people in this group who are doing real work and sharing openly about it. So this isn't just a personal win. It's a reminder that showing up consistently, contributing when nobody's watching, and investing in yourself actually compounds. It did for me. More details when the NDA allows. For now, I just wanted to share the win and say thank you to everyone here who's been part of the journey, whether you know it or not. Appreciate all of you. Special thanks to: @Nate Herk @Yash Chauhan @Nick Mohler @Michael Wacht @Usman Mohammed @Mike AI Consultant @Mike Thomson @Muskan Ahlawat "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

I Burned 1 Billion Tokens in 60 Days Testing OpenClaw
Just dropped my first proper YouTube video of 2026 and it's one I've been sitting on for a while. Here's the honest version of what happened: I gave an AI agent full access to my business. Read, write, execute, schedule โ€” everything. Then I watched what broke. The video walks through exactly what I learned. The token burn problem is real. The context loss problem is real. And the fix is real too. This isn't a polished brand video. I recorded it freestyle. No teleprompter. Just the raw breakdown of what I've been building. Watch it here: https://youtu.be/Lq6NYb-UyRc If you're inside AI Avengers and you're curious about how I've set up my own AI ops stack โ€” this is the behind-the-scenes breakdown. Drop your biggest question below and I'll answer it in the next video.

OpenClaw + Remotion
I created this video entirely local. OpenClaw wrote script, voiceover ( using LocalTTS coqui/XTTS-v2) and video generation your remotion. It is a full fledged content studio now. Everything is running on my old mac.

30 Days of OpenClaw: The "Stark" Reality (Need Your Help)
I just completed my first full month working on OpenClaw. Itโ€™s been an incredible learning experience, but Iโ€™ve hit a massive crossroads. My goal was a local gateway running on my Mac. I stripped away the entire UI to make it Headless and fully modified the build into what Iโ€™m calling "Stark." However, local autonomy comes with a heavy price tag. Here is what Iโ€™ve encountered: - The RAM Tax: I had to delete 80% of the apps on my Mac just to keep the lights on. Running OpenClaw, Antigravity, and Google simultaneously is consuming 95% of my RAM. - Token Burn: Iโ€™ve burned through 500M+ tokens so far. This leaves me with a tough decision to make: 1. Keep pushing: Continue improving and optimizing "Stark" (OpenClaw). 2. Switch gears: Move to an alternative without losing my current workspace progress. I refuse to give up the autonomy of OpenClaw, but the resource drain is real. I need your input. Help me make the next move (share your thoughts in the comments) ๐Ÿ‘‡ I am deep in the Claw rabbit hole. Here is my final comparison table: What would you do in my position? Let's discuss. P.S. Iโ€™ll be sharing the "Stark" headless configuration in my AI Lab once I decide on the final path.
