Can anyone help me with the following issue?

I'm using n8n and I want to create a scraper that would scrape the data from multiple different websites that the user sends, I've added the HTTPS node and it extracts the HTML content successfully but the issue is due to every site's structure being dynamic, how can I make something that would automatically only send the review related data to the AI
